After completing his undergraduate studies at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Dr. Richard Lusby earned his D.D.S. degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He has been practicing general dentistry in Zephyr Cove since 1977.
 Dr. Lusby stays abreast of the latest technological advances in dentistry as a member of the American Dental Association, Nevada Dental Association, Northern Nevada Dental Society, California Dental Association.
He is a currently an honorary member and past president of the Tahoe-Douglas Rotary Club and is an active member of his church. Dr. Lusby serves on the board of directors of the Carson Valley Childrens' Center, known as Austin's House. Endurance road biking and sport fishing are two of Dr. Lusby’s favorite leisure activities.
Born and raised in Glendale, California, Dr. Lusby lives in Genoa, Nevada with his wife Pam. Their daughter Amy, an attorney, her husband Justin and first grandson Owen reside in Henderson, NV. Dr Lusby's son Scott is living in San Diego and is attending law school at the University of San Diego. | |
